Extreme Sports Entertainment in New Delhi, India

On November 7th, 2015 the Dialed Action Sports Team headed to New Delhi, India for BMX and Rollerblading stunt shows. We first had a 13 hour layover in the wonderful city of London where we got to walk about the beautiful city and sightsee. We ended up seeing some pretty cool landmarks like, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Big Ben and lots of other cool architecturally  designed buildings. On this trip to the United Kingdom and India we have riders Brian Cunningham, Jorge Jovel and Jimmy Hake.After 2 days of traveling, we finally made it New Delhi, India. We got there about 4 days before the shows which was plenty of time to build 2 ramps to perform on. We had a pile of lumber and tools to use to build the ramps, so we got started. We quickly found out that the plywood they provided us was a lot more dense and harder then the plywood that we use in America. So, we had a little bit of troubles bending the plywood to fit the transitions, but we managed. After building the ramp we had some time to kill before the event started so, Jorge Jovel started painting the launch ramp with some cool logos. Jorge is actually a graphic designer and runs his own business back in State College, PA. He designed most of our promotional material from the trailer design, posters, banners, brochures and soon to be jerseys. Check him out at https://jovelmultimedia.com/November 13th was the first day of shows for us. We had 4 shows per day and most of the shows were pretty decent sized crowds. Everyone rode really well for all 3 days and no one fell and got hurt which is GREAT! After the crowd pleasing BMX and rollerblading stunt shows we had 1-1/2 days to go sightsee in New Delhi. We got to see the Lotus Temple, India Gate, Red Fort, Qutab Minar, and some fun shopping at Janpath.There are many more stories and adventures to be told, but to sum it up, we had a great time in India and can not wait to go back.
